If you are over 40 and struggling, this video is for you! Sometimes we have things out of our control that make it more challenging to lose fat. I was overloaded with bad bacteria and once I got rid of it and focussed on putting the good bacteria back into my body and maintaining what I did have, I started to lose the fat. Namely, belly fat. In this video, I explain how I did that.
Note: this was my experience and what worked for me. What worked for me, may not work for you. But, this might make you aware and lead you to a clue as to why you are struggling to losing fat.
