Fitness Over 40: Chest and Back BODY WEIGHT CHALLENGE 300/144

Fitness Over 40 just simply means that Aging is for people who don't know better. I have simply gotten better with age. This is a Chest and Back workout that includes ONLY push-ups and pull-ups. Body Weight Exercise is so much easier on my joints and I think you will benefit from that as well.
