5 Easy Tips to Gain Muscle Fast

How can I gain muscle fast? By following these 5 EASY RULES!

1. FOOD. Eat it. Put it in your belly. Give it some friends, put them in your belly too. Hell, make it a party, invite ALL the food! Again and again and again.

2. WORKOUT. Enter the temple of iron and begin praying to the god of gains. Satisfy the gods. Make them proud.

3. REST. Your muscles need sleep. No, they're not lazy. They're satisfied. Reward them with rest.
