66 & 60 y.o. Martial Arts - Fitness and Power
Age barrier ? Never too late! I only discovered the benefits of martial arts, when I started training at 65 y.o., under the weekly instruction (over 40 sessions so far) of Master Van - an expert instructor in Taekwondo & Kickboxing. He showed some skilful techniques and power of physical training in creation of strength & fitness endurance through a simple training program of fast walk or running, push-ups, martial arts practice and healthy food options.
