My transformation started on a cold day in February 2010. I just started to walk. My walks got further and further. My wife said I need to do more. She had been doing an infomercial exercise program for quite a while and I just blew her off. "It was just another one of those exercise programs."
She challenged me to start the program and I took her up on the challenge. I started on my birthday May 26, 2010, and haven't looked back.
You see I was an athlete all of my life and competed at the highest level in college. With that being said, I had not done any exercising for over 30 years. I was in denial. When I looked in the mirror I still saw myself as that college athlete expect I was running out of clothes that fit.
I finally WOKE UP.
I did the program for a year moved on to the next level for a year and started phase three in May of 2012.
After a year of phase 3, I have been doing a COMBINATION OF both workouts.
In December 2013, I started phase 4. Then in November 2014 I started phase 5
I have also added a supplemental drink for my breakfast.
What a difference - lost 40 pounds and went from a waist size 48 to 40. I can now button my top button on my shirts and I feel great.
I am 60 years old but feel like I'm 27. My BP is 117/67, Cholesterol is 136, Blood Glucose is 96, LDL/HDL Ratio is 1.8 and resting heart rate of 60. Plus I take no medications.
